By accessing or using Javelin One ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Javelin One is a cloud-based business management platform that provides HR, finance, training, project management, and other business operation tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights
- Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
5. Data Ownership
You retain all rights to the data you input into Javelin One. We do not claim ownership of your data. However, you grant us a license to use, process, and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
6. Payment Terms
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
- Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Javelin One shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We will provide a reasonable period to export your data before permanent deletion.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
